Help About - MANAGE YOUR ORDERS

To manage your orders with My Custom Journal, click on 'My account' button in the top header section. In the next screen click on the 'My orders' link. The upcoming screen will display all of your orders. Click on any field again the order row. You will be redirected to a new screen. Here you can view your order in detail. Once the seller has shipped, your ordered item will be updated, and then the order status to delivered once it has been received by you. |
